How do I access my billing?

RRB Dance Company's backend is powered by MindBody. You can access your billing through MindBody Online. All Purchases, Class Bookings, Account Details & Autopay Schedules are available on MindBody Online.

What platform do I use for online classes?

We host our virtual classes via Zoom Video Communications - Download Zoom. You will receive the link to your virtual class, and unique password to enter the class.

How do I access practice videos or communicate with teachers? 

We use Band App to facilitate all student, teacher, and parent communication. Students are able to access class videos, important dates, assignments, and communication directly with their class teacher via Band App.

How do I contact the support team?

For all communication with support. You can e-mail us at support@rrbdancecompany.com.

Make-up classes? Renewal? Holds?

If you were to miss a class due to an excused absence, you will be allowed a make-up in any other class available to the student. The monthly pass is set to auto-renew. If you do not want to continue you just give us a 14-Day notice prior to your renewal, so we have enough time to fill the spot. You are allowed to hold your virtual class pass for a maximum of 2-weeks once per season with a 14-Day notice.

What is your cancellation policy?

In order to cancel your virtual class pass you must give us a 14-day notice. Your pass will cancel on the billing cycle after your 14-Day notice.
