Membership Policies &
Termination Fees

RRB Dance Company Membership Plan will start from the first day you attend class. All payments are through MindBody Online and auto charges every 4 weeks. You will not be able to make any changes, including but not limited to, upgrading and/or downgrading memberships mid-contract. If you would like to cancel your membership mid-contract/early. You must give a 30 day notice. Membership will cancel on your next monthly payment cycle after the 30-Day Notice. There will be an early cancellation fee.

You will forfeit your longer-term commitment discount and/or any other discounts, including but not limited to multi-member discount(s), applied to your account. You will have to pay the difference in price from the full retail price of $189.99/month x (times) the number of months your membership was active.

All Tuition is accepted via Debit Card and/or Credit Card. No other forms of payments will be accepted. Payments are automatically debited to your account in weekly installments. All purchases are final. No refunds, no exchanges.

Memberships can be put on hold only once for a maximum of 4 weeks in one season. You must give a 30-Day notice to hold your account. Memberships are set to auto-renew. You must give a 30 day notice prior if not renewing your membership. All Late payments will incur a 10% late penalty fee every week. If a payment is not completed 30 days after tuition is marked late. Then tuition will be marked as delinquent and will be sent to a collection agency.

You will pay for all additional fees involved in pursuing delinquent fees. Including, but not limited to, legal attorney fees, collection agency fees, and/or merchant processor fees. Credit card chargebacks filed will incur a $45 merchant processor penalty, and/or any additional legal attorney fees required to dispute the claim. I understand that Membership Plans are not a weekly recurring charge, but installments paid on a monthly pass.
