Text Message Privacy
This notice explains how RRB Dance Company, LLC ("RRB Dance Company", "we", "us") handles your mobile number and your text message consent. It covers text messages only. Our full Privacy Policy at rrbdancecompany.com/privacy covers everything else, and our Text Message Terms at rrbdancecompany.com/sms-terms describe the program itself.
1. What we collect
Your mobile number, the fact that you ticked the text message consent box, the date and time you ticked it, and which form you were on when you did. We keep that record so we can show, at any time, that you asked us to text you.
We also keep the messages between you and our team, the same way we keep an email thread, so whoever answers you next can see what was already said.
2. How we use it
To send you the account and service messages described in our Text Message Terms: class and appointment reminders, schedule changes, billing and payment notices, show details, and replies from our team. We use a messaging provider to deliver these messages on our behalf. That provider may not use your information for its own marketing.
3. What we never do
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Information sharing with subcontractors who provide support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent. This information is not shared with any third parties. We do not sell or rent your mobile number, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
4. Consent is optional, and always yours
You opt in by actively checking a box. It is never checked for you, and agreeing to texts is never a condition of enrollment or purchase. Reply STOP to any message to opt out. We send one confirmation and then nothing further. Reply HELP for help.
Opting out of texts does not affect your dancer's classes, your membership, or anything else about your account.
5. How long we keep it
We keep your consent record for as long as you are opted in, and after you opt out we keep the record of the opt-out so we do not text you again by mistake. You can ask us to delete your information using the contact details below, and we explain that process in our full Privacy Policy.
