Text Message Terms

These terms cover the text message program run by RRB Dance Company, LLC ("RRB Dance Company", "we", "us") for families at our Cerritos, Tustin, and Chino studios. They apply only to text messages. Our full Terms of Service at rrbdancecompany.com/terms cover everything else.

1. What we send

Account and service messages about your dancer: class and appointment reminders, schedule changes, billing and payment notices, show and performance details, and replies from our team, including our assistant Disha. We also send an occasional note if your dancer has been away and we would like them back.

2. How often

Message frequency varies. It depends on your dancer's schedule and on whether you write to us. Most families get a few messages a month.

3. Cost

Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge you for text messages. Your mobile carrier may.

4. How you opt in

You opt in by actively checking a text message consent box on one of our web forms: the trial signup, the class cart, or a class or workshop landing page. The box is never checked for you.

Agreeing to texts is never required to enroll, to book a trial, or to buy anything. Every form submits normally whether or not the box is ticked.

The box reads: "Text me about my dancer's classes: reminders, schedule changes, billing notices, and replies from our team. Optional; you can enroll without it. Msg & data rates may apply, message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. See our Privacy Policy and Terms."

5. How to stop

Reply STOP to any message at any time. We send one confirmation that you are unsubscribed and then nothing further. You can also reply CANCEL, END, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE, REVOKE, or STOPALL. Reply START to join again.

6. How to get help

Reply HELP to any message, text us at 855-631-1221, or email support@rrbdancecompany.com. A real person answers.

7. Your privacy

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not sold, rented, or shared with any third party.

8. Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery depends on your carrier and is not guaranteed.
