Common questions
Can a dancer use a discount and support us?+
Yes. One RRB discount and one partner code can be used on the same ticket. Two discounts or two partner organizations cannot be combined.
When are partners paid?+
Monthly. Your workspace shows eligible sales, payments recorded and the balance still owed.
Which purchases count?+
Eligible paid classes and workshops attributed to your program code or tracked link count while the partnership is active. Refunds and purchases outside the program do not.
Do we have to promote everything?+
No. Share only the artists and opportunities that make sense for your dancers.
